In august i became a member of foreclosures daily my partner and i both financed by a bank they used for the system $6995 for both and if we short sales the system would be paid in full. We started a short sale on 10/07 with LMS Loss Mitigation Services we did everything by the book paper work back up LMS said one of the best package they recieved they told us to but the house on the market it and short time we sold the house paper work, deposit. We worked back snd forth with the bank the bank made us a offer for $163465. We ok the offer and after time LMS said the bank turn it down We got no help from foreclosures daily or LMS WE LOST THE SALE AND THE REFUND FOR THE PACKAGE. Foreclosures daily only care about selling the package and no support for it member Victoria stewart said that LMS drop the ball with the short sale THIS COMPANY AND MICHAEL KANE IS A BIG SCAM.
