They only want the money, I have received one magazine since they called me in june to make me the offer. It sounded great, so i gave them a try. I was suppossed to receive magazine i wanted (5 per month) after a few days. No magazines arrived, they started collecting money desperately. Thank God I only use this account for online payments. First attempt to collect was within days, first one no problem. After a few days another person from "Area Circulation" Called to make me an extraordibnary offer (The same one as before), When I mentioned i was in Puerto Rico, they told i didn't qualify. Strange I did qualify a few weeks before, this worried me. So I started monitoring my account. They tried multiple times to collect more payments. I contacted customer service, someone answered i mentioned the problem, i was to be transfered and got hanged. I ended up going to my bank to set a stop payment (banks charge for this service). I had to pay for a service, so that they (area Circulation) wouldn't keep collecting from my bank account. I received a letter saying that i would start receiving magazines in approximately 90 days... What you are rushing me to send you money, you promise a few days... And now you say I MIGHT be starting to get them in 90 Days... No way. Recently I received a called (at work by the way) telling me that they (Area Circulation) had hired them to collect the Full Fee of the subscription $800.00 that day. That she (althought a sounded like a nice and comprehensive person) needed to collect at least the last few months of payments or my credit could get affected by them. I told her that I did not wanted to continue with this. That if they wanted to keep what they had already collected it was ok with me. But I wanted them to stop my subscription and did not want to continue with it. She said that she was going to place a note in the system.
Don't trick people with what they like!!!
