Every negative comment about this company is true. I have been without an oven for almost a month and finally gave up and now I'm going to wait to see if they'll pay for the part that was supposed to be installed.
The technicians they send are the worst. The holding time to report poor service is frustrating. The technician company they contract to kept saying the part will be coming.
I wish I would have known about this site before trying to get this company to be fair. If there is anyway they can figure out how not to pay they will do it! When you finally reach the service people, they act like they are going to help, that gives you a false sense that something will be corrected.
