I received another call from the Billing Department of Infocom today. I told her that I would not pay the bill for something we did not order. I told her she could have her product back sealed, and then I referred her to the Business Manager.
I will not use tax payer school district money to pay for this product. I told her I reported her to the US Postal Department for fraud and that her company's scam was listed repeatedly on Rippoff report.com.
Do not pay this company. There is no product, there is no signed contract for services rendered or ordered, and the customer is always right!
