ESBI charged me 14.95 unauthorized for over a year on phone bill Internet

I found that ESBI had put and unauthorized charge of 14.95 on by phone bill. When I contacted by telephone company they researched this for me and found I had been charged this amount every month since Aug.

When the telephone company contacted ESBI for me we were informed that I had clicked on something to allow them to start charging me this amount per month. When I explained this to the person on the phone she informed me that I had.

Now I never click on advertisments on the internet nor do I give out my information unless it is a company that I have done business with.

I am disabled, I am almost blind and have a hard time reading all of the small print so all of my statements for bills come to me on my computer. But I want to know how it is that someone can put a charge on your phone bill without authorization and that the phone company does not notify you of such new charges? And now how do I get my 13 months of payments back.
