Accounts frozen after depositing prize check, told employee misused account

I received a check from LECTA, for winning a drawing. I called the bank in NY, the account was a good account, so I put the check in my account! The check cleared that night. My checking & saving have been frozen? LECTA said it was a Fraud. 5 days later I called again. Now I was told a worker was the one who used the account to make money? That the account is frozen!

The account is NOT frozen just a little funds in it???
