There is a class action just waiting to happen against Wells Fargo, all we need is a lawyer to pick it up...
Last week, at a movie theater I discovered that I could not use my debit card. When I called the bank to find out why they simply said that my account was frozen. Why was my account account frozen, I asked—because they felt like it.
Without any prior notice or good reason my account was frozen. Money could go in but nothing could come out. Plenty of funds were available to pay my bills and the ones I did happen to pay were sent back, as if there were no sufficient funds.
This was one of the most embarrassing and demeaning experiences of my life. How do you tell your credit card company that your banks sucks and you really do have money? They don't care, they just up your APR. It took an entire day, lost wages, and tears to get my account unfrozen. They made me feel like a felon.
Someone took them to court in 2002 and won, for the same type of situation. It can be done. Please help!
