Thanks to the New York BBB, I have found the following information regarding PCS.
Within the past 12 months, only matter has been resolved so let's not lose hope in this matter.
I am willing to file a class-action lawsuit and if anyone is interested in joining, please let me know and I will add your name to the petition. I would like to file the petition in the State of Texas, County of Suffolk as PCS has a business address in this county.
