This company has not responded to my repeated requests for a $349.00 refund as promised in their advertising and materials. Contacting customer service is a waste of time since it appears they are there to buy time for the company. They will tell you that the refund is being reprocessed and ask that you wait for an additional 2-3 weeks, each time you call. This company is a total "Rip-Off". I have provided the BBB report (below) on this company for all to see and beware of the unethical practice of Global Solutions (a.K.A. Credit Pro Services)

Customer Experience
Our file contains a pattern of complaints from consumers who report that Global Solutions told them they would receive a Mastercard with a $3000 limit if they paid an advance fee of $349. After the consumers paid the fee they either did not receive anything or received a package from the company that did not contain the promised credit card. The consumers report the package contains an application for a credit card. This
card is not an all purpose card, but a sort of debit card that can be used with money they have had deducted from their pay.
When evaluating complaint information, please consider the company's size and volume of business. The number of complaints filed against the company may not be as important as the type of complaints and how the company handled them.

Company Advertising
In August the Bureau sent Global Solutions a letter requesting information such as the types of credit offered, the names of the financial institutions that issued the credit and the names of 10 people who have received credit through their program. The company did not provide the requested information to the Bureau.
Credit Pro Services has an unsatisfactory report with the Bureau because they have not substantiated their credit claims.

Educational/General Comments
When evaluating credit card offers, first determine who is making the offer. Think twice about the offer if it comes from a company that is not a credit card issuer and if the company requires a fee to process your application. It may only be promoting a credit card used to make purchases from its own catalog.
When applying for a credit card, find out about its terms and conditions. What is the annual percentage rate? Is there an annual fee? When evaluating credit card offers consider your bill paying habits. Make sure to get details about the offer in writing.
If you're having difficulty obtaining credit, be leery of ads appearing in the classified sections of local newspapers, offering guaranteed credit cards for advance fees, regardless of credit history, A word of caution: you will pay more if you deal with a credit card broker instead of directly with the bank issuing the credit card. Credit card brokers often receive payment from the bank on each new client they bring in.
