I have requested on several occassions to receive a settlement letter from the Northland Group. I did receive a letter back in May stating that my account with my creditor has been resolved. I did forward the letter that I have received from the Northland Group to my creditor and was told that I needed a letter stating that the account has been settled in full.
I have contacted Northland Group on several occassions requesting a letter and each time they said they would send in the mail and have not. This has been going on for quite some time. The last draw was when I contacted the Northland Group again and one of the managers was very rude to me and hung up in my face. I was very polite and talked professional to them.
All I want is too try and clear my account with my creditor so that I can get it situated on my credit report because it is still showing negative. The Northland Group has not shown any type of professionalism to me. The toll free telephone number is 888 287 5711. The Northland Group staff was really rude to me.
