Letter Claims Car Care One Account I Never Had

I was sent a letter from Northland Group Inc. saying that I have Account with Car Care One, that was open in the year of I have never had a account with Car Care One in my life, I don't know what Car Care One is.
Why am I receiving this letter now? Why hasn't the original creditor contacted me?

I need help clearing this so called debt with them. That I have never had.
