Custom written paper plagiarized TWICE

I submitted specific details on what I needed a essay written on. What I got in return the first time was a paper that had been copy and pasted from a study guide website and it did not match my criteria. I informed the writer that this was not acceptable and gave him/her another chance.

I received another paper back half a day later and it was even worse. The paper had been blatantly copy and pasted, only rearranged. Some key facts were even taken out of context. When I told the writer that this was not acceptable, as was plagiarism unacceptable, they told me that the words were only 'similar' because it was main facts of the story. It sounded like a 6th grader trying to lie to the principal.

I am enfuriated.By the way, the 'custom written paper' cost me $61.
