I needed an essay written and I decided to use essayrelief.com. Their website stated the following: The custom essays that we provide will be 100% original, written specially for you. So, you can be absolutely certain that your essay would pass through all plagiarism detection softwares successfully.
I provided them with the criteria for the essay and I was charged a fee of $30.00. I gave them a due date that would have allowed extra time if a revision was needed. I recieved my paper on February 19 and I immediately noticed that the information in the paper was about actors and actresses that had played in the flim version of the novel.
The paper did not cover the description of the paper I had given essayrelief.com. Next I noticed that the information in the paper had been taken from other websites that I had already visited and had been cut and pasted into the paper word for word.
I immediately email essayrelief.com with my concerns and asked that the paper be redone meeting the criteria that I had provided them with. They first denied my revision request and after several days of sending them the websites that the writers had cut and pasted the information from on February 26 two days after my paper was due they decided to accept my revision request.
They told me that my revised paper would be sent to me in 5 business days. I emailed them back and told them that the due date for the paper had pasted and I had recieved a zero for the paper.
I asked them if they could consider writing my next paper in order to compensate me for the paper that they had messed up on. They responded by telling me that my revised paper was being worked on.
They continued to tell me that my revised paper was being worked on even after I told them that the paper was of absolutely no use to me. I have emailed essayrelief.com over 10 different times about this matter only to recieve emails stating in just a few words that the revised paper was still being worked on.
They excepted my revision request on February 26 and today is March 20 and I still have not recieved the revised paper. Essayrelief.com is a ripoff and I hope that other people in search for essay help don't make the mistake I made and use essayrelief.com
