Wow, the same thing happened to me. My husband also called to order the "free sample" and was scamed into believing that he had ten days to try the product. Normally, thats how companys work. You have so many days after you actually receive the product to call and cancel to give you a chance to try it. They tell me my husband called on the 10th of July and it was shipped out the next day.
WRONG! I was originally charged on the 16th of July my $9.95 shipping and handling. The product came AFTER they had already charged me the second time on the 23rd, and now they are telling me there is nothing I can do about it. They also don't know where my second package even is, yet I was told that in order to get my $39.95 back for that, I have to send it back! That doesn't include the second $9.95 amount of shipping and handling. This company is whack. What is your credit card company saying about the charges? I don't know that my bank will be able to help me at all.
What can I do to get justice? Or atleast some of my money back?
