A company promoted a sexual enhancement product called Viapren in the Daily Tribune and promised to deliver free samples if you call 1 888 253 7541.
I called and the lady by the name of Kimberly got my address and credit card no (for the shipping) and referrred me to telephone No 1800 770 8158 and said I have to call that number within if I wish to cancel succeeding shipments after I received the free samples but to my surprise the second shipment arrived two days after I received the free samples and I was charged $48.73 on my credit card.
I called 1800 770 8158 to complain and the lady on the other line said I will get a refund once I return the product. I returned the product on Oct 22 via UPS and I paid for the shipping. After about three follow ups, the phone just keeps on ringing and sometimes a lady will answer but will cut off the line pretending she cannot hear my voice.
