I ordered the sample bottle for the shipping and handling charge only. A few days later I noticed my account had been charged an additional $99.61 by them. I call them up and they tell me it was automatic that my account would be charged if I didnt cancel within a certain amount of time. I have called them many times and get the same answer, that my account will be credited back the $99.61. It is always the same amount of time 3 to 5 business days and I still havent received the shipment. My credit card company is working on this as well and hopefully it will be resolved soon.
