Charging my debit card for shipment of pills I didn't receive, fraudulent advertising

This company advertised a "sample" bottle of the product. I sent the shipping and handling amount requested. I received the bottle but then $38.95 was credited to my debit card. About 3 weeks later $44.90 was credited to my account. I never received anything but the first bottle.

I thought this was to be a sample and that If I wanted more I would have to order it. It was not made clear that automatic withdrawls would be made from my account and that I had to send back the sample bottle and cancel my "membership." I never intended to join anything. I tried to call them but the wait to get an answer is usually over an hour. I tried to contact them by email and get vague and useless responses.

I made it perfectly clear that I wanted no part of a membership and that I wanted the $83.85 returned to my account. They said since I didn't return the sample bottle that I would be charged. How can you sample a product and then return it?

This company is a fraud and should be investigated. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card.
