I ordered a FREE trial sample of this product and used my debit card to pay for shipping. My account was charged 6.95 on 06/25/07 for this fee. I went on line 07/17/07 to view my transactions in my checking account and found that on 07/13/07 this company had charged my account 69.95. I have never agreed to this charge and I have not received any products.
I tried to e-mail this company at their consumer information site but I have not gotten a response. I also Called this company and was kept on hold forever and no one ever came on the line for me to speak with.
I do expect this company to refund my 69.95 in full. They have no right to just access my account and withdraw monies from my account with out my permission.
