Ripoff. Drafting money from account without permission

I ordered a free sample of Smart Smoker from smartsmokerusa and agreed to pay shipping fee of $9.99.
When the sample was received I had to sign as it was sent registered mail. Nothing else was on the envelope or inside.
A couple of days later I checked my bank account and they had withdrawn $99.95 from my account
I never gave anyone permission to withdraw said monies and will contest or enter into any law suit filed againt them
This is nothing but a ripoff.
