Dazzlesmile billed for trial sample then another charge of $87.62 from Pristine Health unauthorized after cancelling with Dazzlesmile

Ordered trial sample from Dazzlesmile. Received a phone call from them asking for my permission to send monthly product. I declined and cancelled.

Approx 2 weeks later I noticed a charge of $87.62 from my checking account from Printine Health. I did not give them permission to access my account. I gave my debit card number to Dazzlesmile for the trial sample.

I have tried to contact company and the phone just rings, never an answer. Froze debit card so no further transactions can be made.
