Wells Fargo Auto Finance added an insurance policy to my monthly payments without even notifying me. The insurance was through Balboa, (who might I add says that they are currently changing thir name) who added $380 to my car payment. They said that they could not find my insurance info so WELLS FARGO allowed them to do this. I not only faxed my insurance information to them but also to Balboa. I also had my insurance agent do a conference call with Balboa and Wells Fargo to let them know that I was insured. They then said that they would take care of it, but to date nothing has been done. Wouldnt you know it, I asked Wells Fargo what could I do, and they basically told me, just deal with it until they could figure it out. I feel bad saying this, but it's good to know someone else understands what Im going through. Now that they have taken my car, all I can do is basically deal with the reposession on my credit, and and try to fight them so that this doesnt continue to happen. While all along I have been making my payments on my car and they hadnt even been going towards my car but instead to this bogus insurance. Easily enough, my car payment eventually became delinquent and WELLS FARGO had my car Repoed. Something has to be done about this!!!
