Hello, I'm new to this but I was so amaze to know that other reps shared my pain. I worked out of the Charlotte office I and the whole office was Fired today 7/12/07. We had a confrence call to night with Angelo, and Craig and another gentlemen.
I was floored when I heard with my own ears why they were Terminating everybody. First of all This company Encore claims that you will get paid 90% commission perl deal (FRAUD) they add new rules and regulations evey week to their play book far away from there application and their terms that you sign. Second the want to pay you in disbursments 45% per check. So you will never see all of your money on ypir first check.
So when the reps starts selling and the numbers are high they claim that they will be conducting an aduit. Thats so they dont have to pay you. Its a scam from the door because they advertist that you will get paid 18.00 an hour. When in fact your not.
They have compaines in varies states and i feel that the govt or some major body of our judscial system should shut them down. They are putting people in the whole with these false dreams of what you can earn when Friday comes you never get a check. Our Sales Director was one of the best. I will not mention his name but he looked out for all his reps as for the ceo and his staff.
What goes around comes around. I'm sure Verizon Superpages have no ideal that they are being represented on this horrible manner. Please take heed to these warning stay away from companies like this these and for all of the ex - employees lets get together and sue what harm will it due and all of us have taken a major lost dealing with Encore Marketing.
