Hello, to everyone who has fallen for the scam ran by Encore Marketing Group, Listen up: a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is being filed against Encore Marketing Group naming Verizon Communications as a party in this case.
Anyone who has worked for them without pay; been suspended or fired without just cause; had fraudulent applications written for you and subsequently fired for the same;r has been promised that your paycheck will be right next week; or has had to endure anything that reeked of bad business practices from Encore Marketing, please feel free to include yourself in this suit.
Encore has gotten away with this for far too long and it's about time that they pay for their actions. Somebody should sue them and somebody is, right now.
