A total ripoff. First they publish every monday an ad looking for customer services reps, paying $18.00 per hour with $300.00 bonus for first week. The sales director in Miami is Carlos Loaiza, a total lying crook that receives you and shows you fictitious commission checks received by his other reps. Then the truth comes... It is not a salaray based job, but commission only, that could average about $18.00 per hour.
One is hired immediately and told to return two days later. The training is meaningless. One is told to return the next day to work with the assistant manager Frank, a dude, who does not train at all.
It takes 5 business days to get the badge, with all lies that the digital camera is not in, when it simply does not exist. How can one sell bellsouth products without an ID Badge. That means the first week is cooked and so is the bonus.
Then, when the reps try to survive and make it, they get fired without pay. Every week, 6 candidates get interviewed and 5 decline to participate. Bellsouth and its image are not properly represented by Encore Marketing. On the contrary, Bellsouth is LOSING CUSTOMERS by using Encore Marketing, Carlos Loaiza and all the crooks that form that ripoff company.
