Com Sundish didn't and doesn't seem to pay my $100 rebate back reporting after almost a year Rebate Ripoff!

I am writing this to report against Sundish.com internet based dealer for Dishnetwork. Sundish promised me to reward $100 rebate if I get dish network service from them for 18months contract term. I submitted my rebate form with the necessary documents by the timeline instructed in the form. After several weeks, I contacted them for the update and figured out that they didn't even receive it. So I sent the same thing back with regular mail. Again the same story, they didn't get it. I confirmed their address with the representative and it was correct. For confirmation, I sent the form using Priority by which I could tract the destinations. Still they denied to receive it. Finally I requested the representative to give me fax where I can send directly. So with the help of the representative, I could finally get myself into the system. Now I have been waiting for another 4-5 months with no update or rebate check. I called them back to get the update and they said that they are waiting for the sales representative to sign who is in vacation now. So I waited another few weeks and called again and talked to supervisor (Rosemarie or so). She apologized to me saying that there was an error in the system and I should have received the rebate by the end of June. Not getting any check, I finally called them on July 9th. The same supervisor told me that the
rebate was disapproved. She was the one who initially apologized to me and confirmed that I would get
the check by end of June. Now she denies that she even didn't talk to me. I think the company and their
employees are doing this intentionally. They are not only wasting our time, but also causing lot of
hassles. After browsing online, I got to know about the forum where a lady had the same kind of problem
like me.

I think they say the same thing to every customer, like the rebate check is being hold for sales person
signature who is in vacation. Or sorry that there was a system error. They do their best so that the customer gets frustrated and finally gives up. They also say they have millions of customers and rebate processing can take time up to 1 year, though the rebate form says 8-12 weeks.

I am officially reporting against this company. I like to be contacted if anybody have the same issue like
me.
