I made a payment to this company through western union after their instruction to do so. They kept in close contact with me all the way until the payment was received then said they would get back to me later that day. A week went by with no phone call from them but i tried calling them directly, taz lineen a representative for the company, the guy i wired the money to by name. No one would return my phone calls even when i called the office.
I caled them back directly at the number above and they called me back the next day. I told them what had happend and they spoke to "taz" (probably a fake name with a fake id) he said he never received the money, i called western union, just to see if i could get a copy of the signature, as instructed by "mike green" from btsi! Western union said the money was paid out and to report them as fraud to the proper authorites. Western union is now following an investigation about this company and has stopped transfers to them.
I called btsi back and told them what western union had suggested i do about this. Mike said he'd call me back after finding out more information, and when he did call back he seemed to get very rude and wouldnt let me speak... He said that he had information that wouldnt help in my favor for the investigation so western union is just wasting their time, of course he knows whats going on.
How does all of a sudden no one seemed to know where my money went have info that could stop me from getting my money! He was the one who instructed me to get a hard copy of the signature in the first place, and when i did then he would be able to return my money to me. Now it seems like im not going to get my money back at all. He was being understanding and helpful when i was trying to figure out what to do, but then when i mentioned the authorities... Attorney general... Local police department... And the fbi, as instructed by western union, he just lost it!
So please dont let this happen to you. I lost $200 and i couldve used that money for my 1 year old son, i actually thought i was but apparently not! All i wanted to do was make income while taking care of him full time, and i got had!
