EDP Reporting took out 159.95 from my checking account. When I called to cancell they stated that I would only get 100.00 back. They sent me a cancellation letter for me to sign in order to get my money back. They took the money out on 05-08.
As of today I have yet to recieve my money back. Every time I called a man would answer the phone and state that he is only the receptionist and could not transfer me to Joe. I kept calling and kept getting the same man. I had asked to speak to a supervisor and got the same answer that no one was there. The man on the phone refuse to help me. All he could do was take a message. That didn't help because I left a message and still did not get a ohone call.
I finally was able to get a different person and she stated that Joe had changed his extension. I have left several messages for Joe and did not get a return call.
