Maus ges bureau, s. L, JORGE MAUS they bought some peridot sample from us, but never pay us, also no reply us anymore, Internet

We sold some peridot sample to this company last year, they said they will pay us after check the stone, total value is USD130. They will pay the freight charge. We believe our quality and thought this is not a big amount, so we sent the goods to this company at 29th Sept. They never pay us after they get the sample, i don't why? They just say boss is on business trip will reply us after come back. But get no news from them till now, we sent many mails to them, but still get no reply. I just can't understand, USD130 is nothing, but why cheat on this small sample deal?
