I have a new Visa business credit card, and I called to get my balance and the latest charges. I was surprised to find out that I was charged today for $49.90 to Pacific Webworks.
Well, I didn't order anything online today, and never heard of the company, and I looked up the company and found all these usacomplaints.com! The only thing I can figure out is that they got my card info when I ordered a "free" google home biz kit (for only $4.95 shipping) a few days ago. I have not received any kit, and I notified Visa that this $49.90 was a fraudulent charge. They put the charge in "dispute" and said that the only way I could prevent further charges from the company was to change my Visa credit card number, and it would take several days for me to receive a new card. What a pain!
