My family owns a retail store and one day Richard Meeker a Sr. Account Executive at merchants services came in and we were told that we would save a lot of money because they had the lowest rates. Well it turned out to be a lie they later added more charges. Our lease on our machine was 29.95 with our previous provider and he said he was going to lower it and it went up to 130.00 a month they are crooked, and very rude.
They were charging club fees and other stuff that I didn't even use. They promise one thing but their only after taking your hard earned money. They need to close these people down, I'm going to file a complaint to visa, master card, American express, and discover they need to know what they are being a part of and they should stop dealing with companies that take advantage of small American Businesses as myself I encourage you to tell all your friends to beware of this company. And file a report these people need to stop doing business period.
When I sent them my cancellation notice I received a call from Mike Pullen he was very nice trying to convince me to stay but as soon as I told him I did not want to do business with his company he got very angry and threatened to charge me thousands of dollars if I canceled We need to stop these individuals from scamming people.
