I had a 30 dollar rebate and a 60 dollar rebate. They said they never received the 60 $ rebate so I mailed it again today. They denied the 30 dollar rebate. When I called twice the opperator told me it was denied for the fact I downgraded my plan I explained I hadnt downgraded and then they said Maybe I uprgaded my plan and that was the reason. I took out my rebate form as I coppied of everything! The rebate form said your rebate request will not be honored if you downgrade plan. I told the operator what it said and then she said well downgrade means upgrade as well! I may have added text messaging for 5 dollars a month. I said are you kidding!!! Are you serious??? So at this point I contacted Cingular wireless and they are looking into this for me as authorized dealers should give the same standard of service and I just got done faxing 11 pages of documents to them! What a waste of time. But I will get to the bottom of this. I just remailed my 60 dollar rebate they said they never received in an envelope and I am also sending a complaint certified mail in a seperate envelope with both rebates enclosed now lets see if they get that!!!
