This is what I have recived from the company everytime I told them that I wanted my money back in my account or I was going to be getting lawer. Which I haven't done yet... But I am still going to prosue getting one if I don't get my money back..
This company let someone that is not on my banking account authorize my information and they took out $49.95 which the bank that I have (Bank Of America) says that this company will be taking out $49.95 a month from my account...

I just found out today that a fraudulent use of my banking information took place while I was in the hospital.
On May 2 an electronic payment was authorized against my bank account by someone who did not have my permission. I am seeking a full refund from your company immediately back my account.
I would like to know how someone other than myself could authorize a payment to your company from my bank account. The name and address on the copy of the electronic check, my local branch gave to me, is not mine.
I want a full refund transferred to my account immediately. Please contact me as soon as possible so that I may provide your company with whatever information you may require to corect this concern. On the electronic check copy there is a number listed in the memo section: 1001571 this could mean something to your company possible an account number? If so then you already have on file the needed information to correct and process my request immediately.
I hope to hear from your company soon regarding what corrective measure you will be taking on my behalf. If I do not hear back from your company I will seek to legally rectify this situation; in addition I will also be forced to contact the better business bureau.
