I had purchased Civic Struts on March 11 from Parts Plus Autowrecking for the amount of $160 in cash. I returned the parts on March 15 because they were the wrong items (won't fit). Hector just issued me a credit memo and according to him it will take approximately 2 weeks for the refund check to be processed and mailed to my address. It's over two weeks now and I haven't received the check. On March 29th I came to see Hector personally and he told my to follow up with their bookkeeper Lourie instead. I had left several messages to Lourie but she never returned my call. I informed Hector and he he said he will follow up with Lourie directly and will advise me but he never called me back. Again, I called today for Hector or Lourie, as well as the owner (Omar) but they were all not in the surplus store. Thank you!
