Where do i begin? Well on march 17, i went to get lasik done on my eyes, used care credit, they had 0 interest for 12 months, so i thought what the hell. Paid the $600 down payment and was told that care credit would call to set up a withdrawl date. Ok, so we waited, and waited and at the begining of may i get a phone call from care credit saying that "the check you sent bounced". Lie number one! First off, we don't use checks. Only a check card. They choked on that lie and set up a date. Every month, on time, the payment was taken out of the account. Well, in december i decided to check my credit report. Come to find out that care credit said i opened that accoung with them in jan. 2006 (lie #2) and charged off my account, stating that i never made a payment. I called them, faxed them my report and they said they would fixed it. They faxed me a letter stating that all my payments were on time and that they would take care of my credit report. I checked my credit report again in jan. 2007. They made a change allright, now it was showing a negetive on that account. Late payments and still charged off. I called them again. They said they changed it. (lie #3) so now here i am sitting looking like a dumbass paying them, thinking i was doing good, and all this time, they charged off my account, im sure they wrote it off to the irs, and still charged me anyway. What to do, what to do?
