Rip off charged my credit card 149.95 for product i did not order. Ripoff

I ordered the free sample for shipping and handling only on the interenet, i used a credit card. Then after 2 mos i get a charge on my credit card for 149.95. I dispute, but am told because i ordered on internet, that i allowed this. I of course returned the produst that they shipped to me not authorized, but they ar enot crediting my acct. This is a scam and they should be accountable for their actions of all the people they have done this too. You call the number for them and only get recordings, i have called 10 times and left messages, of course, no one returns your call.
