I first talked with the company on Nov 11. I informed them that the product was not working for me. I was given an RMA # and told to return with that on it. It was returned on Dec 12.
As of today, 2/28/07, I have not gotten a refund. I have talked with several people from the company-Terrence Matheny, Adam, Michael Thomas, Steven, all to no avail.
One of their excuses was that there was a 30 day backlog. They were supposedly about caught up, near the end of Jan 07. When I called on Feb 9, i was then told they are still back logged and they have hired some new people to help with that but no refund still.
Many promises have been made but no action has been followed through on.
