Washington mutual has cost me a great deal of money, in overdraft fees alone, all because they would not close my checking acct as asked, and proceeded to let it build into over 1200.00 in overdraft fees. Said basically it was my fault and proceeded to take money out of my savings acct to cover overdraft. This being done without my permission nor knowledge.
Finally they have closed both acct in which i never received a letter informing me that the savings acct where i was having my direct deposit both income tax and paycheck going, was being closed.
So now i don't know what to do because i now have to waite an additional 3weeks for my taxes and another week for my pay check, which leaves me and my children with no money for god knows how long and guess what washington mutual could care less about any of us and if there is any justice in the world i hope they get a piece of it.
