My husband has had an account with Washington Mutual for 10 years or so and these people have no regard for the people who put them in buisness.
Over the last week we have had over a $100 in overdraft charges eg:$2.99, $10.00 and $14.99 we were charged $63.00 and two other addittional charges of $21.00 in one week! We were also $0.75 over drawn once and they threatened to close our account down and take us to court over it.
In everyday life, mistakes happen and things get delayed, processing of check, ect yet in the world of Washington Mutual the real world is not acceptable and it makes me sick, that they only care when your putting in money, and are allowing them to grow but if your an everyday run of the mill person like us trying to make ends meet customer service waivering overdraft charges for $2.99 or$0.75 will forever be just a dream for you and never a Washington Mutual reality...
