I am writing to you concerning an incorrect statement or entry on my credit report which needs to be addressed immediately.

My credit report states I owe $2751 dollars to FCNB Collection Services on account#. The collection was transferred/sold to MIDLAND Collections account#. This collection was paid in full in August.

My name and current information as it appears on my credit report is: (ROR REDACTED INFO FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)
