Reporting an upaid balance and collection on a PAID IN FULL & CLOSED ACCOUNT!

After closing my Spiegal account in March. My credit report shows I haven't paid this account! That is ridiculous I paid the account in FULL! I will report it to Equifax & Trans Union!
