We are a medium size company that has used Nextel for years. I cannot tell you how often our:
1) Billings are incorrect
2) Adding a phone or editing informatin is done incorrectly
3) The 'don't care' attitude from some of their employees
4) The 'I need to sell you something, not service you' attitude.
5) and lastly, they have fraudulently debited a bank account. We too wanted to pursue to see WHO was responsible, but Nextel said for $1400.00 it was not worth it so they were going to credit out account and consider it a write-off???
Doesn't that sound bizarre.
If there was another company that offered Radio/Cell services, I would have changed long ago.
