I also got a letter offering me credit and It appeared to be a ligit thing. So I placed a order on Dec 2 and as of Dec 30th I have yet to get anything and have been calling daily to find out why things are taking so long, each time I get a different line of crap. Totaly different than what I was told the day before. I then decided to cancel my order later that afternoon and I was not offerend anything, I was really pissed about this I have already gotten my 1st bill from GE Money and peach direct sugested for me to go ahead and make my min. Payment, I told them they were CRAZY I was not paying for items that I have not yet gotten!!! Today is now January 1st and like I said I canceled my order 2 days ago and I just hung up the phone confirming my order was canceled and they told me it was still pending shipping. Their website also shows my order is still pending for shipping. This is absoultley OBSURD! I dont know how they are doing any business. Please be careful and dont fall into this trap. You get NOWHERE at all with their so called SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ha ha that is flat B/S!
