My wife received a preapproved offer and decided to order a tv through peach direct. She was told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
The company has a nice web site which allows you to track your order. After 3 weeks of the web site stating "pending shipping" I contacted Peach Direct.
When I contacted them they told me the tv was delivered yesterday and left on my porch. I don't have a porch. They gave me a tracking # for UPS to get the imfo. According to UPS the package was delivered to Ca. I live in FL. UPS also stated the package was under 10 lbs. This is a 42in. Tv. I called peach back and was told that I need to settle this with ups. They said I can't cancel because it was already shipped. The product that was shipped wasn't the tv and it wasn't shipped to me. When I finally got some one at Peach to understand this I was told the tv is now on back order. Unfortunately I didn't read the other reports on this company before ordering. Avoid this company at all cost
