Poor service!

I received a catalog in the mail with a preapproved line of credit from GE Bank. I ordered a Dell Laptop and waqs told for 3 weeks that my computer was waiting for ups to pick it up, then I waqs told that my computer was shipped, and after 4 weeks again they blamed UPS. I canceled that order and placed a second order for a more expensive laptop, and it was immediately shown as released for shipment. After being told it had been shipped, I called back the next day and was told it was on backorder and could be another month before shipping. When I called last night to cancel the rep laughed and said I had not waited long enough and that my comouter would arrive on Sept. 24, but he had no UPS tracking info. They lie, they do not answer emails, and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I finally went out yesterday and bought a very nice laptop fpr $650.00 with a 1 year warranty that PD wanted $139.00 for. They are a rogue company, and I would advise anyone not to be taken in by the nice pictures and the promises of 2-3 week delivery. Peach Direct has no inventory at all. They wait until the bank that extends you credit to pay them then they buy the item you ordered and add more to the actual price we can buy the items ourselves for. GE Bank is a reputable bank and they do not extend credit to people with bad credit. I advise anyone who is thinking of placing a order read all about this company. Chances are you will not get anything but aggravation and lies, but not the item you ordered. Take my advice, I learned the hard way!!!
