Ordered their "free" sample and then cancelled. Have been charged four times now and have never received product? Have called the 800 number to no avail. Cannot reach anyone regarding cancellation and re-imbursement. Emails don't go thru and now their web site say's "Under Construction to Serve you better in the New Year". I don't want them to serve me anything else - I just want them to stop charging me between $75.00 and $99.00 every couple months. Unfortunately, charges always show up on a holiday weekend - what's up with that.
