I was a client of Kasamba.com for nine months. As much as I will admit I was in an emotional state that clouded my judgement, the people that are on this site and the administrative "support" services are unethical and people need to be warned. Whether there are people on the site that are truly ethical and are utilizing their gifts to help people, I don't know. All I know is what I experienced and apparently by what I've read on the internet, I'm not alone. First of all the rates are ridiculous and unjustified. You will get told the same thing by an "expert" that charges $3.49 a minute that you will be told by an "expert" that charges $15.00 per minute. It is misleading that the higher priced "experts" are better. Kasamba will double bill you or worse and when you write to them, relentlessly, you will either get no response or some "story" that the charges you see are not "real" charges, they are "credit holds" for your readings. These "credit holds" do not come off your credit card or they take days to come off. What happens next is you file a dispute with your credit card company, but Kasamba takes so long to respond that you run out of time in the dispute with your credit card company and if you don't pay the charges, you ruin your status with the credit card company and possibly your credit. Next, after you pay for a "session" you are asked to rate the "expert". Be advised that after you rate the "expert", Kasamba then edits what you wrote and takes out anything they don't want posted. You will see that every "expert" on the site has phenomenal ratings - every one is a 4-5 star rated "expert" and that is because Kasamba edits the ratings (logically). The next thing is that there are multiple "experts" that are the same person and those that aren't the same person share information so you will get a consistent "reading" and become curious and come back for clarification. These people are excellent at what they do. If you read the ratings very carefully, you will see repetitive ratings from the same username. You need to read the ratings very carefully - they all say the same - "the "reading" was great, phenomenal... But, I have to wait and see if it comes to pass... And then you never see that username next to a rating again". These people on these sites are "experts"..."experts" and being incredibly kind, empathetic and have a "gift" for taking what you tell them and manipulating it into "predictions". I cannot confirm that there aren't truly gifted people on this site, but what I am writing this to accomplish is to warn the general public. The site makes it all so easy - just give them a credit card number and off you go. The advertising on the site and the profiles of the "experts" is very convincing. It is extremely easy to get "sucked" in by the manipulated ratings and the profiles with resume's that are quite convincing. If you take enough time to read the ratings you will see repititively that people write - "they all tell me the same thing", "it's like they are reading a script" - I believe without a doubt they share information about clients to be consistent and "share the wealth". I can write for hours here - I am telling you - "buyer be warned" and stay away from this site, no matter what it takes. It is well-designed and can easily "suck in" people that are emotionally distraught and worried and they make it incredibly easy. I am and have been relentlessly writing to the "support" people at Kasamba about how I have been double billed and over billed and have had "experts" attempt to scam me out of money for "private readings" off site and all the other unethical experiences I have had - THEY DO NOT RESPOND.
Do yourself a favor and do not use the Kasamba website - do not fall to their prey.
