I worked for a company C&S Equipment. I was the primary sales person for the company. I was instrumental in the companies survival while being constantly harassed.
Despite having closed several large deals including a 400,000.00 job I was fired. The company is refusing to pay me my 50,000.00 commission.
I did not have a contract. I do have all my commision sheets to show a history of how I have been paid.
They are now telling me I am responsible for a sale that lost money. I was not even employed with them when they accepted the order.
