I like many others applied for a payday loan which I did not accept and had $49.95 stolen from my account from Secret Cash Card.
I contacted my bank immediately (I've been an account holder for 20 years) and got no satisfaction. I asked to be sent the required Federal Reulation E form, and was told to pick it up at a branch office. I was also informed that this was not a fraudulent transaction.
I email Secret Cash Card and demanded my money back. I am also contacting my bank again for satisfaction. I am also contacting New York State for Responsible Lending (NYSRL) a consumer advocay group to have this company listed for compalints.
Lasted I am going to write to every government official that I can think of regarding this company.
