Ripoff fraudulent debit my checking account without my authorization

I Don't ask for this secret cash card. I didn't authorize this from my bank to be debit from my checking account the amount of $49.95 plus nsf chrg. Of $30.00 inwhich my checking account is overdrawn by this fraudulent transaction. I am pressing charges through my bank. I have sign forms. I want my money back plus nsf chrg. Too. The total amount of $79.95. I want this $79.95 back in my checking account immediately.
