Non disclosing STUPID policies ripoff Houston TexASS

I had two checks that cleared through my bank two weeks ago. They were never returned and I never once recieved any notices or NSF anythings. Now, more than 2 weeks later, my bank says Telecheck is trying to pull out fees for checks that CLEARED!? This is scary that a company can randomly start pulling fees from your accounts and you have no idea what for. Talk about identity theft. How about bank account theft?!
